摘要
设计了1个小型机电装置,用于提醒病人按时定类定量服用丸类药品。以89C52单片机为控制核心,建立了该机器人的机械模型,并设计了各个对应的接口及驱动电路,编写了相应的汇编程序,使该机器人具有药丸的定时、定类、定量输出的功能。利用CATIA软件完成了装置的建模,利用Protel DXP完成了电路及PCB(印刷电路板)的设计,得到1个初步实用的产品模型。最后进行了机械结构和电路板的实物模拟。设计及模拟结果表明这是1个非常实用的家用小型电子装置,有很大的后续开发潜力。
A minitype mechatronic device was designed to remind the patients to take pills at certain times, in special categories, and at fixed quantity. Using SCM （single chip microprocessor） 89c52 as the control center, the mechanical model and corresponding interface and drive circuits were designed, and proper assembler for this system was compiled. Then with the use of CATIA and Protel software, virtual machine mode, electric circuit diagram and PCB of the device was acquired. Finally, simulation experiment was carried out, and it proves that this is a practical household electronic device with great development potential.
