纽曼系统模式指导下脑卒中患者康复模式的设想

Assumption About Rehabilitation Model Under Guidance of Newman Health Model System in Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy

脑卒中患者社区良好的康复治疗是提高脑卒中人群生活质量的关键,设立合理、可行的三级康复模式是社区护理者的重要研究课题。纽曼系统模式能恰当地运用一级预防、二级预防和三级预防活动来维持或恢复患者机体的系统平衡。本文探讨了纽曼系统模式指导下,开发脑卒中患者社区康复模式,以界定脑卒中患者三级预防的内涵,并确立其模式中抵抗线、正常防线、弹性防线的范畴,从而建立起个人、家庭、群体、社区相关联的新型模式。

A good rehabilitation therapy in communities is the key to improve the life qualityof people with cerebral apoplexy （CA）.Setting up a reasonable and feasible three-level rehabilitation model is an important research topic for community nursing staff.Newman health system model can be a proper use of activities of primary,secondary and tertiary prevention to maintain or to restore balance in the body system.This article was aimed,under the guidance of Newman health system model,to develop a community-based rehabilitation model for CA patients,to define the contents of the three-level prevention and to establish the scope of resistance line,normal line of defense and flexible line of defense in the model,to establish a new model in association with personals,families,groups and communities.
