孟鲁司特治疗病毒感染婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效评价

Clinical Effect of Montelukast in Treatment Infant Wheezing with Virus Infection

目的观察孟鲁司特治疗病毒感染婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效。方法将79例呼吸道病毒检测阳性的喘息患儿分为研究组和对照组,对照组41例患儿给予常规治疗,研究组38例患儿在对照组常规治疗基础上口服孟鲁司特,4mg/次,每晚顿服,连用7d。观察两组患儿临床疗效和研究组患儿的不良反应情况。结果两组患儿在咳喘消失时间、啰音消失时间和吸氧、全身性激素及雾化吸入使用率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿均未发现明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特治疗病毒感染婴幼儿喘息的疗效确切,可减少其他对症治疗的使用,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Montelukast in treatment of infant wheezing with virus infection.Methods Seventy nine wheezing infants whose test of respiratory tract virus was positive were divided as the control group （n=41） and trial group （n=38）.Forty-one infant patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy; while thirty-eight infant patients were treated,in addition to the conventional therapy,with Montelukast 4mg at a draught quaque nocte for seven days.The clinical effect and the side effects were observed for the infants in both groups.Results The disappearance times of cough,wheezing and rales in the trial group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The frequencies of oxygen administration,and general application and nebulized inhalation of corticosteroid were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.No side effect was found in the trial group.Conclusion Montelukast is definitely effective for infant wheezing with virus infection,It can reduce the application of other systematic treatment and is less in side effects,so it is worth popularizing.
