社区卫生服务中心就诊的娱乐场所女性服务人员艾滋病/性病知识及相关行为调查

AIDS/STD Knowledge and Risk Behaviors of Females Working in Entertainment Places and Seeking for Community Health Center Consultation Services

目的了解北京市海淀区社区卫生服务中心就诊的娱乐场所女服务员AIDS/STD知识和行为现状,为在社区卫生服务中心开展预防服务提供依据。方法选择北京市海淀区4所社区卫生服务中心为研究现场,采用匿名自填式问卷,由社区卫生服务中心医生在就诊人群中辨认出调查对象,由调查对象自行填写问卷。结果296名女服务员平均年龄为(23.8±3.9)岁,91.9%为外省户籍,74.0%未婚或未婚同居,81.1%为初、高中及以上文化程度;51.0%因人工流产就诊;性病知识总知晓率为18.6%,艾滋病知识总知晓率为17.6%;38.5%的人曾有2个以上性伴,仅12.2%在最近一个月坚持每次性行为都使用安全套。结论社区卫生服务中心就诊的娱乐场所女服务员AIDS/STD知识缺乏,存在感染HIV/STD的高危行为,她们愿意在就诊的同时接受健康教育和咨询。在社区卫生服务中心开展AIDS/STD预防服务具有一定的可行性。

Objective To investigate AIDS/STD knowledge attitudes and practices of females working in entertainment places （FWIEP） who seek for community health center （CHC） consultation services in Haidian district of Beijing so as to provide evidence for the establishment of CHC-based AIDS/STD prevention services.Methods An anonymous, self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 296 FWIEP from 4 CHCs in Haidian district of Beijing and identified by general practitioners when they presented for a consultation.Results The average age of the 296 FWIEP surveyed was （23.8±3.9） years,91.9% of them came from other provinces of China, 74.0% were unmarried, 71.3% had education background of junior or senior high school; and 51.0% visited the CHC for an abortion.The integrated knowledge score for STDs was 18.6%, and the integrated knowledge score of HIV/AIDS was 17.6%.38.5% had more than one sexual partner, and only 12.2% reported their using condoms in each sexual activity in the last month.Conclusion The FWIEP who access CHC consultation services in Haidian district still lack sufficient knowledge about AIDS/STD and a high level of risk-taking behavior was reported among them.The FWIEV appreciated receiving AIDS/STD education when they came to the CHC for a consultation.Therefore practice of AIDS/STD prevention service in CHC is of a certain feasibility.
