摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染密度与14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)检测值的关系。方法选择我院118例14C-UBT检查阳性患者,所有患者均取胃黏膜病理切片改良Giemsa染色,并按悉尼标准进行分析,比较病理组织学Hp的密度半定量值与14C-UBT检测值之间的关系。结果胃黏膜切片病理组织学检查,不同Hp密度患者14C-UBT检测值间差异有统计学意义(F=3.06,P<0.05)。结论Hp的密度与14C-UBT检测值高低有关,14C-UBT检测值在一定程度上可反映Hp感染的严重程度。 Objective To study relationship between density of helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and the value of ^14C urea breath test ( C - UBT). Methods ^We took pathological gastric biopsy from 118 positive patients who received ^14 C - UBT to improve Giemsa stain, and analyzed it according to Sydney Standards and the relationship between the semi - quantitative value of the density of histopathology Hp and the value of ^14 C - UBT Results There was significant difference in the value of ^14 C - UBT between patients with different Hp densities of pathological gastric biopsy ( F = 3. 065, P = 0.031 ). Conclusion Hp density is related to the value of ^14 C - UBT, which reflects to some extent the seriousness of Hp infection.
