Discussion on the Developing Tactics of the Continuing Education in the Army

人才是兴军之本,教育是兴军之道,继续教育在我军干部培训工作中占有重要的地位。军委、总部赋予军队院校开展继续教育的职能,明确军事院校承担继续教育训练任务,有利于军队继续教育系统化、制度化和规范化,从而促进军队又好又快地发展。本文在分析继续教育的性质特点和我军开展继续教育的重要意义的基础上,结合我军继续教育存在的不足来探讨我军开展继续教育的策略问题。

Talents are the essence to prosper the army, education is the way to prosper the army, and continuing education is playing an important role in training the cadres in our army. The Military Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Headquarters have entrusted to the military academies the function to implement the continuing education, making it clear for the military academies to bear responsibility for the training tasks of the continuing education, which is advantageous to systematization and standardization of the continuing education in the army, thus improving good and quick development of the army. This essay mainly discusses the developing tactics of the continuing education in the army through analyzing the natures and features of the continuing education, the important meanings of our army to develop the continuing education and the shortcomings of the continuing education in our army.
