Thought of Development of Adult Higher Education in Beijing Suburbs

通过调查问卷对京郊乡村干部教育需求的调研,了解京郊乡村干部教育的需求现状及成人高等教育发展中存在的问题,提出了通过建设学习环境、规范办学体制、改革教学模式、创新教学内容和构建网络教育,促进京郊成人高等教育的健康发展。

By questionaries the author studied the education demand of leaders in Beijing suburbs, learning the problems in the status quo and the problems in the adult higher education development. The paper aims to foster the healthy development of this job by constructing learning environment, standardizing school system, reforming teaching mode, innovating teaching content and constructing network education.
