On Construction of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in Adult Education

本文从成人教育学生的特点出发,分析成人教育师生关系存在的问题和原因,提出从学校、教师、学生三方面构建成人教育和谐师生关系的对策。

This article embarks from the aduh education students＇ characteristics, analyzes the questions in the relationship between teachers and students in adult education and the causes, and proposes the countermeasure in construeting harmonious relationship between them from three aspects： the school, the teacher and the student.
