改进《汉语拼音方案》的建议和意见

A Suggestion and Some Opinions about the Improvement of the Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet

作为一种"新型的准文字系统",《汉语拼音方案》已具备在实践中逐步发展为与汉字书写系统具有同样法定地位的正式文字系统的潜质,但需要进一步完善。文章就用字母标调法来替代原先的调号标示法等问题,提出了改进《汉语拼音方案》的建议和具体改进意见。

As a ＂quasi-writing system of new type＂, the Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet has been provided with a potential quality which enables it to develop progressively in the process of practice to an official one owning the same legal position as the Chinese character, but it has to be further improved. This article has put forward a suggestion and detailed improvements on the problem of replacement of the tone marking by ushag special markers with the tone indication by using the alphabetical letter.
