The paper briefly introduced working principle and present situation of signal centralized and locking system, put forward a design method of master slave substation type PI.C control network and introduced hardware structure of the system and software design based on CCM protocols. The practice showed that the system has characteristics such as good real time, excellent expansibility and low cost.
