对《公司法》一人公司规定的思考

Pondering about the Law of Corporation to A Person of Company's Stipulation

新《公司法》于2006年1月1日已经开始实施,此次修改允许设立一人公司,并对一人公司规定在注册资本、股东身份、设立登记记载事项等方面有严格的规定。这些规定是否可以实施,一人公司是否可以解决实质性一人公司带来的诸多问题等,笔者将从一人公司的规定入手,浅谈对一人公司的认识。
