摘要
师生的双边心理互动环境直接影响着教学效果,学生学的心理环境是课堂心理环境的主要构成因素,教师的心理环境是决定因素。教师的人格魅力、情绪状态、激励措施及机敏应变能力等,都将对良好的课堂心理的形成有直接作用,对师生双方构建和谐、融洽课堂学习环境也至关重要。
The bilateral interaction between teachers and students directly affects the efficiency of teaching. Firstly, students psychological state forms an important part of the psychological state in the whole class. Sxx:ondly, teachers psychological state forms a decisive element. Teacher's personality, emotion, encouragement and the ability to act according to circurnstances will affect the formation of a good class psychological state and plays an important role in forming harmonious and easy learning drcumstances in dass.
