Experimental study on the methane production of kelp fermentation

摘要 以海带为试验材料,研究pH值、温度、微量元素等因素在发酵过程中对甲烷产量的影响。试验在3个pH梯度(pH=6,7,8)、4种温度(T=30,40,50,60℃)以及加铁(Fe2O3 6.0 mg)和钙(CaCO3 4.5 mg)微量元素条件下进行。试验结果表明:pH=8、温度T=40℃为海带实验室发酵生产甲烷的最佳试验条件,即总产气量最高;在上述最佳产气条件下,加入微量元素铁和钙可在一定程度上提高产气量,在本试验中,产气量分别提高7.2%和15.3%。 Experiments study on the effects of pH, temperature and microelements on methane production of Kelp fermentation were carried out under the conditions of three pH levels (pH=6, 7, 8) and four temperature levels (T=30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃). Microelements Fe (Fe203, 6.0 rag) and Ca (CaCO3, 4.5 mg) were added during the experiments, respectively. Maximum methane production was obtained under the condition of pH=8 and T=40 ℃. Furthermore, experimental results showed that the methane production, to some extent, can be raised when microelement Fe and Ca were added. 7.2% and 15.3% of methane production increment were observed in our experiments.
