对浙江省风电发展的建议

The proposals for the development of wind power in Zhejiang province

介绍了浙江风能资源与风电发展现状;阐述了浙江省开发风电对于优化能源结构、保障能源供应安全、改善与保护生态环境和促进经济增长的积极意义;针对推进浙江风电产业发展提出了扶持风电设备制造业、推进风电设备国产化,加强风电前期工作,鼓励风电投资、保证合理回报的建议。

In this paper, the author presents a brief introduction on the wind energy, and stresses the positive roles of developing wind energy in Zhejiang province in the view of energy structure optimization, energy supply security, environmental protection and economy promotion, meanwhile, aimed at promoting the development of wind energy in Zhejiang Province, puts forward the corresponding proposals of supporting wind power equipment manufacturing industry, localizing wind power equipment manufacture, strengthening preparatory work, encouraging investment and guaranteeing a reasonable return.
