Under the new situation of the emancipation of minds and the promotion of the scientific development, social science circle of the Yangtze Delta （Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou） put forward their ideas and solutions on how to build an innovative city in the future from different theoretical perspectives, by tracing both the history and experiences drawn from China＇s social and economic development in the past 30 years.
