基于DSP的ZVS软开关电镀电源的研究

摘要 通过分析全桥移相逆变器的基本原理,设计了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的新型电路拓扑,采用TMS320LF2407A为核心控制芯片,实现了软开关电镀电源的全数字化控制,具有节能增效、可靠性高的优势。 Through analyzing the basic principle of full bridge phase-shifted inverter and based on ZCS /ZVS soft switch technology, electroplate power supply of a ZVS Full-bridge Soft-switching circuit topology With Auxiliary Resonant Net is designed. The system central controller is based on TMS320LF2407A for the All-digital control of Electroplate Power. The experiment results show that soft-switch technology can effectively improve work environment of power converter and greatly decrease its power consumption.
