摘要
本文对蓝宝石磨削和减薄用的金属结合剂金刚石砂轮进行了提高自砺性的实验研究。在金属结合剂经典配方中,用递增法引入易熔玻璃为增砺料。该材料以ZnO-PbO-B2O3系为基础,制粉后按重量百分比与金属结合剂混合使用。对所制成的金属磨具进行测试分析,发现自砺性的变化是与增砺料含量的变化成线性关系,即增加易熔玻璃的比例,自砺性增强。改善自砺性后的金属磨具,在蓝宝石、99陶瓷、K9玻璃、CaF2等材料的加工中,均取得了较为明显的经济效益。
Grinding performance of metal bond diamond wheel for sapphire grinding and thinning was improved by introducing self-sharpening agent. This self-sharpening agent comes from fusible glass ZnO-PbO- B2O3 system. The agent was made into powder, and introduced by steadily increasing method. Test results of the grinding wheel made with the above self-sharpening agent showed that, the grinding performance of the wheels was improved in linear dependence with the self-sharpening agent content. With such grinding wheels, remarkable benefits were obtained in grinding sapphire, 99 ceramics, K9 glass and CaF2.
