应用塑形硅橡胶鼻腔黏-骨膜下埋藏术治疗萎缩性鼻炎18例报告

18cases reports of atrophic rhinitis treatment with plastic silical gel in nasal cavity subperiosteum

目的探讨应用塑形硅橡胶以减容鼻腔来治疗萎缩性鼻炎的可能性。方法采取术前取模及预先硅橡胶塑形,对18例患者进行了鼻腔黏-骨膜下埋藏术以达到减容效果,并进行术后一年期追踪观察。结果术后一个月随访,显效14例,好转4例。术后一年随访,显效15例,好转3例,无并发症发生。结论应用塑形硅橡胶进行鼻腔黏-骨膜下埋藏术是临床上治疗萎缩性鼻炎的一种切实可行的方法。

Objective To explore the possibility of atrophic rhinitis treated with plastic silical gel in nasal cavity subperiosteum.Methods 18 cases patients been treated with plastic silieal gel in nasal cavity subperiosteum in order to reduce body and made a observation after operation.Results one moon later we got the information 14 cases effective,4 cases turn good,one yeat later 15 cases effective,3 cases turn good.Total efficency 100% .The was no complication in all patients.Conclusion It was a good methods to treat the atrophic rhinitis by plastic slicial gel in nasal cavity subperiosteum.
