小切口白内障囊外摘出术的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation for Extracapsular Cataract Extraction with Minor Incision

目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘出术的临床疗效。方法对326例（360眼）老年性白内障患者局麻下行小切口囊外摘出,植入后房型人工晶体,提出术前指导,术后严密观察视力及眼部情况,按时抗生素眼水滴眼。结果术后7天裸眼视力0.7者占18.34%;0.5-0.9者占66.11%;1.0者占15.55%。结论术前护理指导,术后严密观察病情变化,并正规抗生素滴眼是小切口白内障囊外摘出术成功的保障。

Purpose To research the clinical therapy of extracapsular cataract extraction with minor incision; Method After the 326 （360eyes） senile cataract with local anesthesia were operated to extracapsular cataract extraction with minor incision, they were placed artificial lens of posterior chamber. Meanwhile they were preoperatively instructed and were postsurgically observed their visual acuity and their oculi tightly and their eyes were dripped antibiotic eye drops on time. Result On the seventh day after the operation, the visual acuity of denuding eye of 18.34% patients are reached to 0.4; 66.11% patients are reached to 0.5--0.9; 15.55% patients are reached to 1.0. Conclusion It is the guarantee of the success for extracapsular cataract extraction with minor incisions that they were preoperatively instructed and were postsurgical observed their visual acuity and their oculi tightly and their eyes were dripped antibiotic eye drops on time.
