64例成人法乐氏四联症的手术治疗

The Operative Treatment of Tetralogy of Fallot in 64 Adult cases

目的总结64例成人法乐氏四联症外科手术治疗的经验。方法从2001年1月至2007年12月对64例18周岁以上成人法乐氏四联症实施根治性手术。所有病例均使用涤纶补片修补室间隔缺损,根据体重标准使用补片加宽右室流出道和肺动脉。结果无手术死亡,二次开胸止血6例。残余分流3例,右室流出道残留梗阻2例。结论成人法乐氏四联症的根治手术临床结果满意。

Objective To summarize the experience of total correction for tetralogy of Fallot in adults. Methods 64 adult patients with tetralogy of Fallot underwent total correction operations from Jun 2001 to Dec 2007. The ventricular septal defects were closed with Dacron patch and the right ventricular outflow and main pulmonary artery were enlarged according to the weigh standard. Results There is no death, 11 patients suffered from complications , including reexploration for postoperative hemorrhage（n=6）; residual shunt（n=3）; residual stenosis （n=2）. Conclution Good outcome of total correction of tetralogy of Fallot in adults can be achieved.
