摘要
目的观察羊膜移植手术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对50例52眼翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除加羊膜移植手术,随访6-12个月。结果48例49眼术后角膜光滑透明,恢复良好,无复发;2例3眼复发。结论羊膜移植可有效降低翼状胬肉的复发,是治疗翼状胬肉的理想方法。
Objective The curative effects of amnion transplantation to treat pterygium were observed.Methods Excision of pterygium and amnion transplantation to 52 eyes in 50 patients were adopted,following up 6-12 months.Results 49 corneas in 48 patients were smooth and transparent,recovered excellently,2 patients had relapse.Conclusion Amninon transplantation can reduce the ratio of pterygium relapse effectively.
