The program of quality-oriented education for capital workers and staff members is a new mode of education for workers. After three years of practice and exploration, it is clear that the rich training course, flexible teaching style, self-determined learning space and quick training mode for better workers have met the requirements of life-long education for workers. In the next three years, the program as the all-dimensional, multi-level and wideranging platform of life-long learning and continuing education for workers in Beijing will be improved. Moreover, the program will become the effective vehicle for establishment of the learning city.
