库尔勒香梨^(60)Co-γ辐射育种材料的过氧化物同工酶研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用不连续的垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了库尔勒香梨及其不同剂量辐射处理材料叶片的过氧化物同工酶。结果表明:酶谱差异主要表现在酶带的数量和酶活性两个方面,所有供试样品均具有主导酶谱R f为0.46,可以认为是库尔勒香梨稳定的特征酶带。辐射明显改变了过氧化物同工酶谱带的宽度、颜色、条数。强酶带(主导酶带)的变化可导致形态上较大幅度、较高频率的变异,且强酶带(主导酶带)的变化对性状变异起着较强的作用。 Adopted the discontinuous and perpendicular fiat panel polyacrylamide gel electrophresis , the peroxidase isoenzyme in the slice of leaves of Kuerle Aroma Pear processed with different amount of radiation were analyzed. The result showed that the bands'quantity and enzyme activity were mainly different. The predominant band's Rf of all samples was 0.46, which could be deemed the stable characteristic enzyme of the Kuerle Aroma Pear. The B2 ( Rf = 0.25 ) band with performance frequency as 91.43% , would be likely another characteristic band. It was radiation which obviously changed the width, color and number of the peroxidase isoenzyme. The variety of the dominant band could cause significant and highly frequent variation, and strongly affected the variation of some characters.
