黄绿蜜环菌菌丝多肽分离的初步研究

Initial Studies on the Separation and Analysis of Mycelium Peptides in Armillaria Luteo-virens

分别采用体积分数为60%,70%,80%,90%的乙醇,对黄绿蜜环菌菌丝粉中的多肽进行提取,通过Sephadex G-75和Sephadex G-25凝胶二次层析分离后,对4种不同乙醇体积分数的提取液进行比较,结果显示,采用体积分数为70%的乙醇的提取效果较好。同时毛细管电泳的结果也表明,体积分数为70%的乙醇提取液中有较多均匀分布的小肽。

The peptides in armillaria luteo-virens mycelium were extracted at four different ethanol concentrations： 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, then the extracted peptides were twice isolated with sephadex G-75 and sephadex G-25 gelchromatography preliminarily. The comparison of the extractive results of four different ethanol concentrations showed that 70% were better. The results of capillary electrophoresis showed that 70% ethanol extracted liquid contained many peptides .
