摘要
选用市场常见的海带作为原料,采用水浴提取法提取分离甘露醇。研究了提取时间、提取温度和固液比对甘露醇提取量的影响规律。通过正交试验得出了海带甘露醇提取工艺的最佳参数为:提取温度25℃,提取时间3h,固液比为1:50。在此最佳参数组合下,甘露醇提取量为2.36%。
Adopted the bath to extract D-mannitol from the common kelp in virtue of the difference of extracting temperature, extracting time, extracting temperature and solid-liquid ratio were studied. The optimum parameters of extracting D-mannitol were obtained by orthogonal test, extracting temperature 30 ℃, time 3 h, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 50. The yielding content of D-mannitol was 2.36% at the condition of optimum parameters.
