摘要
采用市场上销售的3种菠萝果酒为主要原料,研究菠萝果酒的感官指标、理化指标,以及有害成分。旨在帮助消费者提高对菠萝果酒品质的辨别能力和鉴赏能力,同时也为菠萝酒打开销路提供参考。
Three kinds of pineapple wine were collected from market. We analyzed their organoleptic indexes, physical and chemical indexes and harmful ingredients. This study may help us distinguish pineapple wine's quality and at the same time be available for pineapple wine's sale.
