The Etiopathogenisis and Pathogenesis Investigation of Threatened Abortion in Pregnant Women with Antiphospholipid Antibody Positive

着重从中医角度探讨抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性致先兆流产的病因病机,提出脾肾两虚为病变治本,血热夹瘀为病变之标,脾肾两虚、血热夹瘀为本病的主要病机,为本病治则治法的确立和临床治疗提供理论依据。

In this article, we specially investigated the etlopathogenisis and pathogenesis of the threatened abortion caused by antiphospholipid antibodies on the view of TCM. We concluded that the asthenia of both the spleen and kidney is the basic pathogenesis of threatened abortion, and that the heat and stagnation in blood is the appearance of threatened abortion. Both of them are the principal pathogenesis of threatened abortion. Such conclusion is the fundamental basis of the therapeutical principle and method of threatened abortion, on which clinical theraov deoend.
