白术生品及炮制品中白术内酯Ⅱ含量的研究

Determination of AtractylenolideⅡ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and the Processed Product by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC测定白术生品及炮制品中白术内酯Ⅱ含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为YWG—ODS柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（80：20）；流速：1．0mL／min；紫外检测波长：276nm；柱温：30℃。结果：白术内酯Ⅱ进样量在0．1349～0．8093μg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率=97．6％，RSD=1．7％。结论：该法简便准确，重复性好，可作为白术质量控制的依据之一。

Objective To study the Determination of Atractylenolide Ⅱ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by HPLC. Methods ：YWG - ODS（ 4.6mm × 250mm ,5 μm）colulmn was used; The mobile phase consisted of methanolwater （80：20） ; The flow rate was 1.0mL/min;The detection wavelength was 276nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results： The linear ranges of Atractylenolide Ⅱ was 0. 1349 - 0.8093 μg. The average relative recoveries of Atractylenolide Ⅱ was 97.6%, RSD = 1.7%. Conclusion A determination of Atractylenolide Ⅱ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by HPLC has been established. It provides the supporting for the quality control of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.
