摘要 目的:用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测经亚硫酸氢钠处理过的魟鱼软骨多糖中铜、镉、铅的含量。方法:用亚硫酸氢钠浸泡魟鱼软骨并提取魟鱼软骨多糖;干法消化魟鱼软骨多糖并配制待测溶液;制备标准加入液,在火焰原子化器上用标准加入法测定魟鱼软骨多糖中铜、镉、铅的含量。结果:经处理过的魟鱼软骨多糖中含有微量的铜和铅,但其含量远远低于国家对食品和中药材中两种重金属元素的限量要求;镉的含量低于仪器的检测范围;方法的各项分析技术指标均达到较高水平。结论:亚硫酸氢钠浸泡魟鱼软骨是很理想的清除其中重金属的方法。 Objective: To establish flame atomic absorption spectroscopy for determining Cu, Cd and Pb in RCG which had been immersed in NaHSO3. Methods: To immerse Ray Cartilage in NaHSO3 and extract RCG. RCG was asbed by drying - method and the residues were dissolved by HC1; To prepare the standard solution and determinate Cu, Cd and Pb in RCG by standard addition method in flame atomic absorption speetrophotometer. Results : The contents of Cu, Cd and Pb in RCG are lower than National standards and each technical specification of the method has high level. ConclusionThe method that Ray Cartilage is immersed in NaHSO3 to eliminate heavy metal is very effective.
