复方癌痛平胶囊提取精制工艺的试验研究

Research on Extracting Process for Compound Aitongping Capsules

目的:优选中药临床经验方癌痛平胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法对该方的主要药味进行醇提工艺优选,应用高效液相色谱法确定各实验样品中有效成分胡椒碱的转移率。结果:最佳提取工艺为70%的乙醇回流提取两次,每次2h,第1次加7倍量,第2次加5倍量。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

Objective ： To investigate process of the optimal extraction for Compound Aitongping Capsules. Methods ： The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimal extraction process and the transfer efficiency of Piperine was determined by HPLC. Results： The optimal extraction condition obtained is adding 12 times amount of 70% alcohol and 2 hours for each time, then adding sevenfold volume of 70% alcohol at first time and five volume of 70% alcohol at second time. Conclusion： The method is stable, reasonable and feasible.
