摘要
目的:探讨异鼠李素对ECV304细胞分泌的t-PA PAI-1 vWf的影响。方法:用不同浓度的异鼠李素与ECV304细胞培养18h后,用ELISA法检测培养液中t-PA、PAI-1、vWf的含量。结果:不同浓度的异鼠李素均可抑制内皮细胞PAI-1的分泌,与空白对照组相比,高、中剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.01),低剂量组无显著性差异,并随着异鼠李素浓度的增加PAI-1含量呈剂量依赖性减少;不同浓度异鼠李素对内皮细胞分泌的t-PA和vWf均无明显影响。结论:异鼠李素可能在一定程度上通过降低内皮细胞PAI-1的分泌,影响纤溶系统活性。
Objective : Discuss the influence of t - PA, PAI- 1 and vWf that different isorhamnetin secretes for ECV304 cell. Method: Use the content of t - PA, PAI- 1 and vWf in ELISA law detection nutrient solution with ECV304 cell and different isorhamnetin of different density after cultivating 18 hours. Result: Different isorhamnetin of density may restrain endothelial cell PAI- 1 secrete, in compared with blank contrast group, it is high to have, dosage group signifi- cance discrepancy ( P 〈 0.01 ) low dosage group to have no significance discrepancy , and along with different isorham- netin density increase PAI- 1 content to submit dosage dependence decreasing; Different density different isorhamnetin the vWf and t - PA that endothelial cell secretes have no obvious influence. Conclusion : Different isorhamnetin may pass through the expresssion of leather cell PAI- 1 in reduction on certain degree and secretes level, influence is fine dissolve system is active play the part of to fight thrombus role.
