加味地黄汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of the Osteoarthritis Treated by Jiawei Dihuang Tang

目的:观察以加味地黄汤内服为主治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将160例就诊患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,对照组采用膝关节腔内注射的方法治疗,治疗组采用以加味地黄汤内服为主的方法配合局部热敷、按摩与功能锻炼进行治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组各项症状体征治疗前后评分比较,P均<0.05;而对照组各项症状体征治疗前后评分比较,只有两项P<0.05。结论:以加味地黄汤内服为主的方法配合局部热敷、按摩与功能锻炼进行治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果好,病人易于接受,不失为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的好方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical analysis of the osteoarthritis treated by oral jiawei dihuang tang. Methods ： 160 cases of treatments were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group of both 80 cases, the control group used the knee joint intraarticular injection treatment, the treatment group to adopt Jiawei dihuang tang approach with local fomentation , massage and exercise for treatment. Results ： the total efficiency of the treatment group was 97.5%, the total efficiency of the control group was 82.5%, the total efficiency of the treatment group is higher the control group, it has a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Jiawei dihuang tang approach with local fomentation , massage and exercise for treatment has good effect, the patient easily accepted, it is a good way to treat the osteal arthritis of knee joint.
