高效液相色谱法测定复方苯麻滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Compound Ben-Ma Nasal Drops by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定复方苯麻滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法：采用ODSC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（1：1）为流动相，流速1mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长为254nm。结果：盐酸麻黄碱的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，线性范围为0．5～5．0p．g·mL^-1，回归方程y=9．713×10^2x＋6．987×10。（r=0．9999，n=5）。回收率为99．4％，RSD=0．40％。分析方法精密度RSD为1．02％（n=5）。结论：本文方法简便、快速、准确。

Objective： The HPLC method was established for the determination of the Ephedrine Hydrochloride in compound Ben - Ma Nasal drops. Methods ： The ODS column was used, the mobile phase was consisted of water and methanol （ 1 ： 1 ,v/v） ,The flow rate was lmL - min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results ：The calibration carve was linear within the range of 0.5 -5.0 μg· mL^-1 for the Ephedrine Hydroehloride,the regression equation was y = 9.713 × 10^2 x ＋ 6.987 × 10^2 （ r = 0. 9999, n = 5）. The average recovery was 99.4% , RSD = 0.40%. The method precision was RSD = 1.02% （ n =5）. Conclusion ：The method was rapid,simple and accurate.
