摘要
目的:探讨决明子生芽转化有机硒的效果。方法:利用透析方法将富硒决明子芽中的有机硒和无机硒分开,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定富硒决明子芽中的总硒含量和无机硒含量,计算出决明子芽的有机硒转化率。结论:培育时间对决明子芽有机硒转化率由一定影响,在本实验条件下,48h是培育富硒决明子的适宜时间段。
Objective : To exploring the effect of organic selenium transformation by Semon Cassiae budding. Methods : Separating organic and inorganic selenium in Semon Cassiae sprouts harvested in different time period with dislysis bag. The total selenium and inorganic selenium content were determined using Graphite Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The organic selenium transformation efficiency of the Semon Cassiae spouts harvested in different time period was calculated. Conclusion : The organic selenium transformation efficiency was influenced by culturing period, and 48 hours was the suitable time period which culturing Se Semon Cassiae.
