摘要
目的:建立以高效毛细管电泳法测定复方茵黄解毒汤中咖啡酸和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:高效毛细管电泳法。电泳条件为:石英毛细管柱(75μm×60cm,有效长度为53cm);运行缓冲液为20mmol/L的硼砂溶液(pH=9.18);分离电压12kV;真空进样时间为5s;温度为25℃,紫外检测波长313nm。结果:咖啡酸在20—100μg/mL和阿魏酸在8—40μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,咖啡酸Y=561.02.X-2192.1(r=0.9998,n=6);阿魏酸Y’=392.5X’-233.4(r=0.9997,n=5)。咖啡酸和阿魏酸的平均回收率均大于95%;RSD均小于3%(n=3)。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,灵敏,可有效控制复方茵黄解毒汤的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPCE method for the determination of caffeic acid and ferulic acid in Compound Decoction of Yinchenhao and Huanglianjiedu (CDYH). Methods : HPCE was used. Under the optimized conditions achieved with a fused -silica capillary tube (75 μm × 60cm, effective length of 53cm) and 20 mmol/L borate running buffer (pH = 9.18)at a constant voltage of 12kV and a sampling time of 5s at 25℃. The UV detective wave length was at 313 nm. Results: The liner range of caffeic acid was 20 - 100μg/mL and ferulic acid was 8 - 40μg/mL. Conclusion: HPCE method is simple, rapid, sensitive used for quantitation of Compound Decoction of Yincheubao and Huanglianjiedu (CDYH).
