摘要
目的:探讨岩舒注射液对CA-125的干预作用。方法:静脉滴注岩舒注射液,对8名卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌术后及术后复发患者的肿瘤标志物CA-125的水平进行观察。结果:6名卵巢癌及2名子宫内膜癌患者CA-125指标降至基准值以下,甚至降至个位数,亦有降为"0"。随访2年,CA-125指标均在正常值范围内。复查CT及彩超等,无肿瘤生长及转移迹象。结论:岩舒注射液对肿瘤病人的癌细胞有一定的抑制作用。
Objective： To explore the interference effect of Yanshu Injection on CA - 125. Methods ： Altogether 17 patients were chosen for the study, including 12 patients who had been operated because of oophoroma or endometrial carcinoma, or who had a cancer relapse, and 5 lung cancer patients who were not suitable for operation treatment. Results： 6 months＇Yanshu injection led to the continuous decrease of CA - 125 index below the standard value. 2 years＇follow - up showed that CA - 125 index was within the normal range, CT reexamination displayed no indication of tumor growth or only slow tumor growth. Conclusion ： Yanshu injection may have interference effects on the growth of gynecopathic tumor or lung cancer and help prolong patients＂ life
