氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的降压及降尿酸作用。方法选择82例原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者.随机分为两组,治疗组41例,予氯沙坦50-100mg/d:对照组41例,予氨氯地平5-10mg/d。用药12周前后,观察治疗前后血压及血尿酸水平变化,并对两组进行比较。结果氯沙坦和氨氯地平均能平稳、明显地降低血压,两组疗效相当,氯沙坦组尚能明显降低血尿酸水平,氨氯地平组对血尿酸无明显影响,两组相比具有统计学意义。结论氯沙坦降压同时可以有效降低血尿酸水平。
