芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qiliqiangxin Jiaonang in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法将80例CHF患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,2组患者均给与ACEI类、利尿剂、小剂量卡维地洛或倍他乐克片和地高辛等常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊4粒,3次/d,4周后比较2组治疗效果。结果4周后观察组心功能改善总有效率、左室射血分数（LVEF）提高率分别为92.5%、（16±4）%,而对照组则分别为77.5%、（11±3）%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗CHF患者,可有效地改善心功能,提高左室射血分数,改善临床症状,提高生活质呈,其安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Oiliqiangxin Jiaonang combined conventional western medicine in treating chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods 80 cases with CHF were randomly divided into 40 cases of observation group and 40 cases of control group. Both groups were treated by conventional western medicine, such as ACEI, hydragogue, a small dose of carvedilol or metoprolol tartrate tablets, digoxin and so on. Observation group was added 4 pills of Qiliqiangxin Jiaonang and took three times per day for 4 weeks, then compared the efficacy of two groups. Results 4 weeks later, the total effective rate of the improvement of cardiac function was 92.5% in observation group and 77.5% in control group, while the LVEF was increased （16±4）% in observation group and （11±3）% in control group. The difference had a statistical significance （P〈0. 05） and no untoward effect occurred in both groups. Conclusions Qiliqiangxin Jiaonang combined conventional western medicine in treating CHF can effectively improve the cardiac function, increase the LVEF, relieve the symptoms of clinic and improve the living quality, which is worth of spreading in clinic.
