摘要
采用单因素分析方法研究大麻的短/长复合纺纱工艺参数如长丝预加张力、长丝与粗纱须条间距、钢丝圈重量、纺纱锭速、成纱捻度等对成纱性能如断裂强力、断裂伸长、毛羽指数、条干不匀等的影响,得出最佳的单因素纺纱工艺参数。
The single-factor analysis was used to study spinning technology parameters of hemp PET filament/staple two strands spinning such as pre-tension of filament, distance between roving and filament, weight of traveler, speed of spinning spindles, yarn twist and yarn performance like rupture strength, breaking elongation, hairiness index, yarn irregularity, and the optimum single-factor spinning processing parameters were obtained.
