扶绥县剑麻初加工业现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Sisal Primary Processing Industry in Fusui County

目前,扶绥剑麻种植面积达7040公顷,总产鲜麻片21.6万吨。但剑麻初加工业还处在起步阶段,一年仅能加工鲜麻片16万吨左右。初加工存在的问题主要是:龙头企业对剑麻初加工没有足够重视;加工设备有限;加工的纤维质量较差,竞争力不强;加工点少且分布不匀,导致加工成本增加;劳动力缺乏等。其对策是:加大对龙头企业的扶持力度;引进先进的加工设备;尽快培训加工技术人员;制订一系列加工生产流程和管理模式。

The planting area of sisal is 7040hm^2,the year yield of raw leaves is 216000t in Fusui County. Because the sisal primary processing is still in its starting stage, the processing capacity is about i60000t a year. Main problems in the sisal primary processing are as follows： the leading enterprises do not pay enough attention to sisal primary processing; the processing equipments are backward; the sisal fiber is of bad quality and its competitiveness is not strong; the number of the processing factories is small and its distribution is not even, which causes the increase of the processing cost; labor force is short and so on. The countermeasures are as follows： strengthen the supporting force to the leading enterprises; import advanced processing equipments; cultivate the processing technicians; improve the production process and optimize the management pattern.
