高职院校学生党建工作的现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Party Construction of Students in Higher Vocational College

文章分析了目前高职院校学生党建工作中存在的主要问题,提出了完善学生党建工作制度和建立学生党员长效教育机制,来加强和改进高职院校学生党建工作,提高学生党员的整体素质。

This paper analyzes the main problems of the party construction of students in higher vocational college, proposes some measures that are continuing improving the system of student party construction and establishing the education mechanism with long-term effect for student party members, to strengthen and improve the party construction work of students, so that the bulk quality of student party members can be enhanced.
