摘要
文章通过对企业人员文化程度、专业结构分析,阐述了抓好职工培训是湘钢实现"二次创业"目标的客观要求;同时对企业目前的培训状况进行了分析,并提出抓好职工培训的对策。
The paper elaborates that doing a good job of employees 'career training is the important way to support" second ereation of business," through the analysis on employees' educational degrees and specialty structure and it analyzes the training situation and puts forward countermeasures of doing a good job of employees' career training according to the venture's current situation.
