摘要
乙型肝炎病毒HBx基因是病毒复制必须的基因，能整合至肝细胞基因组，其编码产生的HBx蛋白表现出复杂多样的生物学活性。近几年的研究发现HBx蛋白在肝细胞的凋亡中起双重作用，对肝细胞肝癌（HCC）的发生发展具有重要意义。
Hepatitis B virus HBx gene is the gene needed by virus replication. It can be integrated to be hepatocellular genome. Its encoded proteins behave complex biological activity. It has been found that HBx proteins play double role in hepatocellular apoptosis. It has great significance to hepatocellular liver cancer （HCC）.
