摘要
要使高职教师素质适应课程改革的需要，有必要从研究教师职业心理入手，体现人本化的关爱，满足教师的心理需求，增强教育科学管理的有效性，提高教师自我专业发展的自觉性，乃是提升教师专业化发展水平的重要途径。
To adapt the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges to the demand of the reform of curriculum, it is necessary to study the teaching profession from psychology. It embodies humanism, meets the psychological needs of teachers, enhances the effectiveness of education and management, improves teachers＇ self- consciousness in professional development and it is also an important way to upgrade teachers＇ professional development.
