V-Y推进皮瓣治疗指端缺损的临床应用

Clinical using of V-Y advanced skin flaps in repairing fingers tip Defects.

目的报告V-Y推进皮瓣治疗手指末端缺损的临床经验。方法施V-Y推进皮瓣治疗指端缺损48例．结果皮辩全部成活，随访5月-3年，外形满意，无触痛，无术中和术后重大并发症发生。结论肯定V—Y皮辩治疗指端缺损的可行性，对手术技巧也进行了讨论。

Objective To report the clinical experience of V-Y advanced skin flaps in repairing fingers tip defects .Methods With the method above mentioned 48 cases were repaired. Result All the flaps survived completely . The follow-up time was 5 months to 3 years. The fingers had a good appearance and no touch pain. No serious application was recorded during surgery and after surgery . Conclusions This report confirms the feasibility of the using of V-Y advanced skin flap in the reconstruction of fingers tip defects. The techniques of surgery were also discussed.
