摘要
本工作就共聚条件的影响进行了研究,並探讨了接枝共聚物作为PSt和橡胶共混时的增容剂的可能性。结果表明,接枝率、接枝共聚物的分子量及其Pα-MeSt含量均随聚合温度的降低而增加;增加单体α-MeSt用量,转化率和接枝率均降低;在CH_2Cl_2/n-C_6H_(14)混合溶剂中,当两溶剂的体积比为30/70时,转化率,接枝共聚物分子量及其Pα-MeSt含量均出现最大值。用相差显微镜观察PSt/CIIR共混物的相态,发现当接枝共聚物/(PSt/CIIR)等于50/50(质量比)时,可使CIIR与PSt完全相容。
The effect of polymerization temperature, concentration of α-metyl styrene ( α-MeSt ) , and solvent characteristics on the graft copolymer-ization of a-MeSt onto chlorinated butyl rubber (CIIR) was studied, and the effectiveness of using this graft copolymer as a compatilizer for the blending of polystyrene ( PSt ) with CIIR was examined. When the volume ratio of CH2Cl2/n-C6H14 solvent mixture was 30/70, the conversion, molecular weight and the content of Pα-MeSt in the graft copolymer could reach their respective maxima.
