摩擦纺机输棉管道内流场分布对成纱质量影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文用三孔探针针摩擦纺输棉管道的流场进行测定,以矢量形式展现出气流运动状态,揭示了流场的分布规律。指出涡流场的存在是影响成纱结构和质量的主要因素,递增的气流速度分布有利提高成纱质量。输棉管道的形状不同,流场分布亦不同。本文中提出的较为合理的输棉管道可为今后深入研究提供参考。 In this paper, the velocity magnitude and direction of flow field are measured withthree holes' robe on DREF-III for five fibre ducts are expressed in vector, which brings tolight the manner of istribution. It has been proved that the unsteady field is the unfavou-rable factor which greatly nfluences he structure and properties of the yarn forming, andthe raised air velocity in the direction of flowing is enefit for improving yarn quality. Asa result, it is hoped that a reasonable flow field is gained by means f variable fibre ductsto increase the tenacity of the yarn of friction spinning. The better duct in this xperimentcan provide reference for further research.
