摘要
用相转移催化剂和乙酰磺酸制备了磺化三元乙丙橡胶离聚体(S-EPDM)。用裂解色谱研究了主链结构,讨论了磺化条件的影响,认为磺化反应的最佳条件为:浓硫酸:乙酐=1:1.5(mol比),低温磺化时间30min。若在100g胶中加入0.05g相转移催化剂,即使EPDM的门尼粘度为65,胶液浓度为80g/L时,磺化反应也能顺利进行。用红外光谱对比了不同金属离子的SEPDM。结果表明,离子微区内磺酸盐基团相互作用力的大小为:Ca^(2+)>Mg^(2+)>Zn^(2+)≈Pb^(2+)。
Sulfonated EPDM ionomers were prepared in the presence of phase transfer catalyst with acetylsulfonic acid. The chain structure of the ionomers were investigated by pyrolytic gas chromatography and IR?the effects of sulfonation conditions were discussed and the optimum conditions were ass sulfuric acid : acetic anhydride 1 : 1.5 (molar ratio ) and sulfonation time 30 min. Adding 0.05% ( mass ) of phase transfer agents to EPDM, the sulfonation reaction proceeded smoothly even at the Mooney viscosity of EPDM being 65 and the concentration of latex being 80 g/L. IR spectrum showed that the interaction between sulfo-nate groups decreased in following order: Ca2+ >Mg2+ >Zn2 +≈Pb2+.
