摘要 采用包结络合法,以β-环糊精(β-CD)为原料制备柠檬香精微胶囊,分别讨论了溶剂比例、温度、乳化剂用量对微胶囊制备的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺:将一定量的β-CD与乙醇水溶液[V(蒸馏水)∶V(无水乙醇)为2∶1]混合,加入乳化剂[w(乳化剂)为2.0%],以10 000 r/min高速剪切乳化约20 min,在40℃下滴加香精+无水乙醇溶液[w(香精)为5.0%],保温2 h,冷却,过滤,过滤水再循环干燥后得微胶囊.在此基础上,进一步探讨了利用微胶囊废水进行循环再利用的可行性,发现利用过滤水循环制备微胶囊与原方法制备微胶囊具有相同的结构,属同样的物质,粒径和分布也相似,而且还可以较大幅度提高制备微胶囊的产率.所以,制备β-CD香料微胶囊过滤水完全可以循环再利用. Lemon essence was prepared using β-cyclodextrin as the wall material with inclusion complexation method. The effects of ratio of solvents, temperature and the emulsifier dosage on the preparation were discussed. The optimum procedure was obtained:certain content of β-cyclodextrin was mixed with ethanol aqueous [V(water):V(ethanol) was 2:1], emulsifier [w(emulsifier) was 2.0%] was added, cut and emulsified under 10 000 r/min for about 20 min. Essence ethanol aqueous [w(essence) was 5.0%]was dropwised at 40 ℃, and the solution was insulated for 2 h, then was cooled and cycled filtration, the microcapsule was obtained after drying. On this basis, the feasibility of using the waste water in circulation recycle was further discussed. The experimental results indicated that the microcapsules prepared from filtering water had the same structure and similar particle size and distribution with that prepared with original method, and the yield of microcapsules could be greatly increased at the same time. The filtering water from the preparation of β-cyclodextrin essence microcapsules could be recycled.
