摘要
介绍了宣钢炼铁厂四烧车间4、5号烧结机采用的生石灰消化器的原结构特点,及投运以来所暴露的设备问题,并对其缺陷作了分析。论述了解决问题的各项优化改造方案,总结了改造后的效果。
The original structure characteristics of burnt lime hydrator adopted by XUNGANG No4, No5 sintering machines were presented in this paper. And the equipment problems discovered in hydrator operation were analyzed. Some modification schemes to solve these problems were conducted, and the modification effects were summed.
